Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Steam broccoli and cauliflower for about 5–7 minutes until just tender. Drain well.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in shredded cheddar and half the mozzarella.
  • Fold the steamed veggies into the mixture.
  • Transfer everything to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  • Add optional topping (breadcrumbs or pork rinds) if desired.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
