  • 1 cup cucumber finely chopped

  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 green chili finely chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • Juice of ½ lemon or lime
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or chaat masala optional
