- 1 cup strawberries diced
- 1 cup bananas sliced
- 1 cup apples diced
- 1 cup papaya diced
- 1 cup cantaloupe diced
- ½ cup granola
- ¼ cup raisins
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional
- ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl, whisk together Mexican crema, condensed milk, yogurt, and vanilla until smooth.
Chop and prepare all the fruits and divide them evenly among 4 bowls.
Drizzle the sweet cream mixture over each fruit bowl.
