Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup jicama peeled and cubed
  • 1 mango diced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or agave optional, to taste
  • 1 –2 tsp Tajín seasoning plus extra for serving
  • Optional garnishes: chopped cilantro fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Prepare fruit: Wash, peel, and cut all fruit into bite‑sized pieces. Combine in a large bowl.
  • Dress: In a small bowl, whisk lime juice with honey (if using) and Tajín until smooth.
  • Toss: Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve: Sprinkle additional Tajín on top and garnish with cilantro or mint if desired. Serve immediately.
