- 1 cup jicama peeled and cubed
- 1 mango diced
- 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or agave optional, to taste
- 1 –2 tsp Tajín seasoning plus extra for serving
- Optional garnishes: chopped cilantro fresh mint leaves
